Robyn Rihanna better known as Rihanna in Barbados, is an Barbadian artist and performer who has released hit songs like Pon de Replay Umbrella SOS and Take a Bow. The artist is extremely successful and in the prime of her youthful years, she's already sold over the sum of 41 million album and over 150 million songs all over the world making her among the top-selling performers ever. Born in Barbados she was raised listening to reggae music and began singing while she was young. Disturbed by their chaotic home life as well as the endless fights between her parents she immersed herself in music. Eventually, she began to realize that she wished to make it as a professional. When she was in high school, she started a group of musicians. They also got the chance to meet the music producer Evan Rodgers. He was amazed by her talents. The girl relocated in New York to start a career in singing full time. Rihanna's debut album soon became an international hit and she became called a pop star. Rihanna was loved by teens for her upbeat, foot-tapping music. The result was Rihanna becoming a director. She's a young, gifted woman who has been an icon of fashion and popular teen celebrity. Rihanna makes use of her fame to do positive causes and actively contributes to a number of charities.
